Terms of service

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is an offer by JSC BFZ (the "Seller") posted on the aobfz.ru website (the "Site") to use the Site on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Agreement shall enter into force upon the User's consent to its terms and conditions in the manner prescribed by Clause 1.3 of the Agreement.

1. general provisions

1.1. the User hereby confirms that from the moment of registration on the Site and during the use of the Site, he is a User until he personally requests the Seller to abandon any relationship with the Site, change or delete the data about the User.

1.2. The use of the Site is governed by this Agreement, the Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Public Offer posted on the Site. The Agreement may be amended by the Seller without any special notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site.

1.3. Starting to use the Site, or having passed the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User is not entitled to use the Site. If the Seller has made any changes to the Agreement with which the User does not agree, he is obliged to stop using the Site.

2. Terms of use of the Site

2.1. The Seller through the Site places offers for the sale of goods by remote means/offers for the provision of works/services.

2.2. the User forms an order on the Site for the purpose of purchasing goods or works/services. In order to place an order, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account can be created for the User.

2.3. The personal information of the User contained in the User's account is stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the Policy regarding the processing of the Seller's personal data.

2.4. All actions performed on the Site are considered committed by the User.

2.5. The user is responsible for the safety of his credentials (including login, password, confirmation codes and other means of authentication) and the consequences of their disclosure to third parties, including in the case of voluntary transfer.

2.6. In case of detection of unauthorized access to the account or other signs of compromise, the User shall immediately:

- change password;

- notify the Seller via the communication channel specified in the "Contacts" section.

2.7. The Seller shall take technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring the security of personal data and the protection of User accounts in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."

2.8. In order to improve the quality of the service, the Seller has the right to send the User an offer to leave feedback or evaluate the service when visiting the Site. Participation in surveys is voluntary. The collected anonymous data and opinions can be used by the Seller to generate statistics and analysis.

2.9. Reviews of goods and services that the User leaves on the Site through his account are public. By publishing a review, the User agrees that it will be available to other visitors to the Site along with the username (name) of the User. The seller has the right to moderate, publish or reject the feedback left.

3. Obligations of the User

3.1. the User agrees not to take actions and not to leave comments and entries that may be considered as violating the legislation of the Russian Federation or the norms of international law, generally accepted norms of morality and morality, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site and Site services.

4. Personal data

4.1. Starting to use the Site or having passed the registration procedure, the User provides the Seller with personal data.

4.2. The Seller processes the personal data of Users in order to provide the Seller's services and (or) purchase the Seller's goods, in particular:

(a) execution, performance and delivery of the User's orders;

(b) creating a personal account of the User;

(c) provision of consulting and technical support, feedback with the User;
(d) sending notices related to the execution of orders, as well as notifications about changes in the terms of use, technical updates and other significant events;
(e) fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including in the field of accounting, tax accounting, consideration of appeals of authorized state bodies);

(f) protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Seller, including prevention and investigation of fraud, dispute resolution and User's default;
(g) publication of User's product reviews (if any);

(h) analysis and improvement of the Site operation, improvement of services and determination of Users "preferences;

(i) consideration of the User's requests received through the forms on the Site and interaction with it.

4.3. The Seller may process the following personal data of the User:

User identifiers;

surname, first name, patronymic;

phone number;

email address;

delivery addresses;

Order and preference data, including order composition and value, order status, payment and delivery method, order history, order date and time, payment details, cart compositions and history, item comparison, and favorites.

technical and analytical data, including IP address, browser and device information, cookies, site activities (clicks, events), site navigation sources (referrers, UTM tags), geolocation (country, city);

sign of agreement with documents;

communications: correspondence between the User and the Seller (support);

Customer feedback (if any)

other personal data collected by the Seller about the client (date of birth, gender, comment to the order, etc.).

4.4. The seller performs mixed processing of personal data with the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), transfer (provision, access), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4.5. For the purpose specified in clause 4.2 of the Agreement, the Seller may transfer personal data to the following partners subject to the conditions of confidentiality and security of Personal Data by partners:

Insails Rus LLC (TIN 7714843760, with its registered address at 21 Tverskaya-Yamskaya 1-Ya, Moscow, 125047), which owns the inSales platform hosting the Site and its partners:

(a) to the Selectel data center (Selectel JSC, TIN: 7810962785, 196006, St. Petersburg, Tsvetochnaya St., 21, lit. A);

(b) cloud services: Cloud.ru (LLC "Cloud Technologies," TIN: 7736279160, 117312, Moscow, ul. Vavilova, d. 23, p. 1, com. n1.207); Yandex Cloud (Yandex.Cloud LLC, TIN: 16, Lev Tolstoy St., Moscow, 7704458262, 119021. 528);

shipping companies, courier services, agents for delivery and assembly of orders (in the amount necessary for the execution of delivery);

payment agents and processing centers (for processing payment orders).

4.6. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out during the entire term of the Agreement. The User may at any time require the Seller to stop processing personal data in full or in relation to certain categories of data.

4.7. The Seller has the right to continue processing the User's personal data even after receiving a termination request, if this is expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.8. If the fulfillment of the User's requirement makes it impossible to further provide services, the Seller has the right to stop providing access to the Site, in particular, to delete the User's personal account.

4.9. The User may contact the Seller with a question about the processing of his Personal Data through the communication channels specified in the "Details" section of this Agreement.

4.10. Details of the conditions for processing personal data are given in the Policy regarding the processing of personal data of the Seller posted on the Site.

5. Use of Cookies

5.1. Cookies are used by the Seller to improve and ensure the normal operation of the website, as well as to improve the products and services of the Seller - in particular, by determining the preferences of Users to provide targeted information on such products and services.

5.2. By clicking the "Accept" button in the Cookie Processing Notification window, the User agrees to the Cookies processing.

5.3. cookies are a small piece of data that the Site requests from the browser used on the User's computer or mobile device. 6.1 The User shall be independently liable to third parties for his actions related to the use of the Site.

6.3. The Seller does not guarantee that the Site software is free from errors or will function smoothly.

6.4. The User also agrees that the Seller is not responsible for the User's personal data that the User provides to third-party resources and/or other third parties in case of switching to them from the Site.

6.5. In the event that the User is a minor under the age of 14 (fourteen) years, all actions related to the acceptance of the terms of the Agreement must be performed by his parent or other legal representative.

7. Final provisions

7.1. the Agreement, appendices to the Agreement and amendments thereto shall come into force from the date of their publication on the Site.

7.2. The applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
